now that's an interesting idea .... any other devs out there that would be interested in this?
am puzzled though as to why now "HP is the master of the universe" comment from Matt "HP = Gods" Bryant. Maybe they don't have a workable desktop virrtualisation product. Or a workable virtualisation product. Or a credible non x86 box.
Reg eds - can we have a Apple/Sun;/HP/mis fanboy warning icon?
as zvonr has raised Sun Ray, how does the Wyse setup compare with hot desking?
Oh, and as we've both mentioned Sun I guess Mr Bryant will be along shortly; how does Wyse's offering compare with HP - I seem to remember a sales pitch from an HP reseller a while back about one blade per desktop?
"if you put data into a database, you're going to want to take it out". (Hopefully not by putting it on a cd and leaving /selling it in the local).
Yes Minister, Series 1, Big Brother. (except for the bracketed bit obviously).
Another thing I remember from my fave analysis of UK government, which sadly is becoming more and more true each week goes by, its something that I really wish our current politicians had the self-respect to honour:
"it happened in your department, you are deemed therefore to have been responsible. The only honourable course therefore is for you to resign".
