The clippy joke is a bit played out isn't it?

Why don't we discuss the basics more as opposed to raw features.
For example how easy or fast it is to post to Facebook, or find an app, or make a call.
Seems like we only focus on a check list of features and not whether or not a device is any good at the things all smartphones do, because they are core to the experience.
I have a 920 and my experience with the batter is that is will last at least a day with plenty of reddit and work email and news reading.
for a while I worked in a building with crappy cell coverage and the phone was constantly working to maintain an Edge connection. This clobbered the battery and I'd have to put it on the charger to get it to last during the bus ride home. I'd almost prefer the phone just gave up and told me it didn't have any reception.
But I moved to a new building and the battery life is back to normal / fully day usage patterns
you're sooooo right. I mean XBOX one sold out on amazon in four hours....... Wait...
A quote from Amazon:
“We were thrilled by the unprecedented demand we saw for Xbox One today. In the first four hours of preorder availability, we sold through most of our Xbox One Day One Edition inventory. Customers eager to get an Xbox One should visit our store at Amazon.com/xboxone to ensure they keep up-to-date on the latest information. We are excited to be working with Microsoft to deliver the next generation of games and entertainment,” said John Love, the director of U.S. video games and software at Amazon.

did anyone read how WP market share has doubled?

Not to mention screen specs, wireless charging, NFC, camera, OS.
What I don't get is why in reviews it is never mentioned how it takes less time to do everyday tasks in WP than in android or iOS. Reviews are always just a feature set comparison. the Smoked by windows phone series seems to be a pretty good indication that the things you do most are easier on WP.
