There's no reason the rest of us have to be left out.
Step 1: buy an mp3 player from a big-name shopping franchise
Step 2: secretly put smut on it
Step 3: get offended, or better yet find someone who fits a more "innocent" stereotype to get offended for you
Step 4: sue!
In many suburbs, unsecured wireless access overlaps in a continuous sheet for miles, like some kind of nightmarish Venn diagram. Or at least it can seem that way.
If one forgets this fact, it can make troubleshooting calls by friends/family tough. "I can log on to the network, and get onto the internet, but I can't see my other computer!"
Right now one of my PCs is slaving away ripping some rental DVDs to WMV so I can later play it thru my 360. (I rent in bulk, watch slowly.) It would be a little nicer to have ripped to DivX, but otherwise that's not too bad.
But what's really nice is (unless I'm mistaken) now I'll be able to watch most movies straight from the Torrent, without converting to WMV.
...over the transfer of consciousness from flesh to machine escalated into a research project which has decimated over a million Lego Mindstorm kits.
On an unrelated note, they should use moth brains in a new DARPA driverless vehicle challenge. Just make sure they can't turn on their hi-beams, otherwise there may be quite a few head-on collisions.
