Well, that *is* a very effective way of going bust: buying up other companies without paying attention to how much cash you really have, how well they'll fit into the existing structure, or how much it will cost everyone to adapt.
(For incurable geeks, compare to buying computers without paying attention to hardware compatibility, OS or available software, then finding out you can't afford to pay the sysadmin to make it work).

The article is correct. The principle of "innocent until proven guilty" is now enshrined in French law.

A big hello to all the ACs sticking up for Intel and remember, the secret is to keep banging the rocks together guys. For crying out loud, it's still pollution even if you start doing it miles away from a city centre (and let's just forget for the moment that cities were rapidly expanding even 15 years ago). While the builders may have been economical with the truth, it doesn't justify some big industrial plant merrily releasing methane (greenhouse gas) and hydrogen sulphide (poisonous) into the atmosphere.

Well, I say use: I mucked about with it while staying with the Agèd Parents over the holidays, and only because it was pissing down with rain outside. Dreadful stuff, went straight back to Motorola-based computers, with occasional forays into DOS if unavoidable.
