He's probably also a little sore after the reception his latest creation received, and knowing full well that many Android powered devices will be breathing down the Pad's neck with better specs, prices and versatility.
Not for consumers it isn't as all of there software would have been made Vista compatible years ago, the ONLY people for who XP Mode will be useful is large institutions/companies with legacy software to run.
Intel always save cash on their chips by butting good shit from everything except the top line of a family and then selling all of their chips as if they all had the features.

You still need a graphics chipset separate from the Cell chip and yet the job the cel chip is meant to do (playback HD content) current AMD chipsets can do just as good a job at and they will work while on battery power.
