I've had more than a few agency job offers that turned out to be from companies that specifically stated "no agencies" in the job description. Not sure how they thought that was going to work, but hey ho.

flatpack and snap aren't installed by default on MX. Discover on MX KDE has buttons to install them as backends, but that's about it. Hardly a lifeline.

They're not new. The change to American spellings is a relatively recent one (coinciding with the move to .com, iirc), while the concerns about an increasingly americentric focus seem to have kicked off soon after Lester died, but the owners have been American for donkeys years.
