How many more years of this AI FUD/nonsense/fraud/BS must we endure?

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile about 5 years ago and to the present day it takes approximately 30 seconds (over 1 minute during peak times) to login to pay my bill. As in press login button, watch the spinner spin, and then able to navigate my account waiting 10 seconds for the subsection to load.
First thing i noticed was how slow and incoherent their back office infrastructure behaved via web customer portal. They tried to push everyone to their app, Life, but that seems to have its own issues. I don't think they've invested in any IT anything in a very long time.
The actual cellular service is stellar! Great coverage and blazing fast speeds that rival my fiber home connection. Everything else is bottom tier horrible. I get emails and texts 3 days after my bill due date telling me to add money to my balance. This has been occurring for about 2 years now. It's a good barometer of their internal struggles. 2FA only allows Google Authenticator or SMS. Neither are ideal. The whole website seems stuck in 2010.
Long story short I think they need a complete overhaul of their internal systems. The spent all their money on 5G build-out to beat rivals but neglected their internal systems.
it is fun to watch the "experts" dig their own grave though. The naysayers are always blasted for being Luddites and doomers but we're just wise. we've seen this all before because we read books about our past. It'll be interesting to see all the new businesses created that produce actual value for their customers instead of forcing anti-productive spy products onto customers that they don't need and never requested. Future is very bullish
The only positive I see re: AI is for it to bankrupt all of big tech. But our corrupted officials will most likely remain on trend and socialize the loses/bankruptcies as recent history has shown for the sake of the insane argument of economic and national security. This is a bizarre campaign of forcing terrible products on to the majority of paying customers that don't want it...repeatedly, year after year. Customers have to start voting with their pocket books because they don't seem to be listening.
But I guess I'm the crazy one...
The execs have SFB. I'm non surprised and yet surprised they suck this much when they were such a ray of sunshine 20 years ago.
Need to get completely off Google. They've been a liability for years and I've been putting it off but this is just simply wrong. Android is getting worse every year as well. It's so sad and derepressing how low these companies have fallen along with the rest of corporations. It's simply mad.
