I mean, seriously, Microsoft has officially stated that it has re-engineered Windows 11 OS for ARM.
Photoshop & Lightroom are already available for ARM.
Microsoft Office is almost 99% ported for ARM.
Adobe has already announced that the rest of its software is coming to ARM soon.
