Once every few years somebody uses 'refute' when they should have used 'rebut', if they really think that word makes them sound more convincing. I don't refute you claiming I can't fly just by saying I can fly, any more than the police refute a claim about usage of Flock cameras by saying "trust me, bro"

The Jag is nice, but the capacity is the same as an Uber because you can't put a passenger in the driver's seat.

Residential rates in Washington aren't 4c (I pay about 12c/kWh in Seattle, and although the rate varies depending on exactly where you are in the state, it's never been that low in the last 5 years)
