Video & audio compression algorithms enhancement, plain and simple.

Basically, let the AI work out how to deliver a better picture, even on slow/limited connections, without having to do it themselves.

I mean, the United States has been around for less than 250 years, but China has managed to collapse thrice in that time.

The US certainly can't stop China from doing the same thing for the 4th time, hands down.
