Time to Change Providers

My company has been with Rackspace for many years. This time I'm done. They are happy to encourage us all to go to 365 but it's not that easy. It takes several steps and of course, I need Rackspace support for a couple of them. They have to add my subscriptions, transfer my tenant ID, etc. This has been an all day project. i have been on hold three times totaling over 9 hours collectively. Right now I'm going on 3 hours and 30 minutes for this particular hold to get the rest of my subscriptions. And of course, the Tenant ID transfer tool was also not working so add that to the Rackspace problems. After an hour on chat support, I am inquiring about my domain still now showing up and he tells me I just need to be more patient. Seriously, I have spent all day on hold. I was number 1,152 in phone hold cue this particular instance.
