Even today, SLE 15.x does not include KDE. The only GUI option is GNOME 3, or IceWM if you choose not to have a full desktop.

You need to add community repos to install KDE, and I suspect that if you do that, it is no longer supported. (This was not my area when I worked there, so this is not an _ex cathedra_ verdict.)

So I am going to take a guess and say that the answer will be "no".
