Kids have little to no money, other that what they can acquire from their parents - the aforementioned old people.
You also untie a bandage, you don’t rip it off .. you have the wrong metaphor - that’s a plaster/Elastoplast/band-aid you are thinking of.
I do agree they should get rid of low performers and make redundant people involved in the money pit Metaverse project through failing to find position in the reallocation pool … Mark Zuckerberg should be first in line.
