Ukraine Has a Nazi Problem, doesn't mean all Ukrainian people support the Nazis.

Roughly speaking what has happened in Ukraine in English terms is as follows.

The EDL/BNP football skinheads were allowed to become the private army of whichever person fancied paying them, the US then backed a winner in the 2014 Coup allowing control of the Energy resources of Ukraine which prior to that point, was a mostly democratic if rather poorly governed country with a decent mix of languages from the former USSR.

This has to be understood as a coup, not a popular expression of Ukrainian people. The US backs a couple of these militia (Right Sector and Asov) which are so-called "volunteers", and they get defused through the state assuming control of the Army, It doesn't matter if you subscribe to the order or not, if your CiC is telling you do X, and you don't do X, you will likely be shot. Forget about your movies, they will shoot you, and unless you know better, you believe your chain of command is correct, and you comply.

The attacks on Russian Language and Culture increase, essentially turning one section of Ukraine in the East (LPR/DPR/Crimea) into a persecuted minority when previously, they were Ukrainians who happened to be Russian speakers, but would identify as Ukrainian.

This bloodshed doesn't make the population of Ukraine at large in favour of Nazis, but it's simply an orthogonal point that the population at large has no great love of Fascism.

Anyway this goes on until around 2019 - by now the nazis are well defused into the army, and trained onto Nato kit, even going on Nato deployments, including the Nazi lot - who are around 50-100K people - which in a country of Millions is not much, but it's about where those people are placed and what influence they have.

So LPR/DPR is holding their own because of desertion from West Ukraine, to LPR/DPR and bringing their kit with them but the death toll is horrific and civilians are getting the worst of it since it's become an artillery battle.

So Enter CokeHead Prez elected on the idea that he will end all this, again Nazis in Ukraine, nothing to do with every or even most Ukrainians.

Cokehead Prez goes to talk to these Nazi groups and is told that attempts to enforce Minsk / talk to Russia will lead to a violent and painful death.

He's now trapped, the people running the show are Nazis, not the average Ukrainian who is a victim of this Proxy war the US has instigated.

The US has taken underlying issue in Ukraine, and is simply impervious to the harm caused to the people who have no part in any of this.

The attacks on the Roma. and the pograms, carried out by these people are a minority of Ukrainian people, but that minority is the police force, and the army.

That's a problem, at this point Kiev is a failed state, and not a single word of that has any chance of gaining popular support from the people of Ukraine, hence the imposition of it by bomb, bullet and herding people into buildings to be burnt alive.
