Execs only?
Is it really that useful to hire executives at or near the C-level to improve things?
I'd have expected them to need the people closer to getting things done like principal designers and people responsible for the processes (both in R&D and with experience in setting up and running things).
Does intel not poach those as well or are the not high profile enough to feature in the press?
