There was a time when I wasn't sure if I wanted things to be Registered or Inquired. I finally settled on Registered, as it seemed a friendlier place (once they got the forums worked out).
I lost my original handle (Darklurker) in the late-noughties when I switched ISPs and lost access to that email account. Had to start all over in 2008 as Pirate Dave (was at the height of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, nothing to do with downloading warez, honest...).
There are times I still miss some of the old sites, mostly varlinux.org. That was my favorite.
