The big game is akin to containing a rabid animal without spreading the virus. Less contact the better. Less gunfire the better. Letting it fall into a deep pit of its own making is ideal.
Throwing a tiger at a rabid bear might be entertainment to you, but the spittle and blood will be far flung and poison us all.
