Its worse that this. Marco, a maintainer of the CygWIN (definitely) version (probably) of vim (maybe) has added a default user path, during compilation, for the .virc file as /home/Marco/.vim/.virc in addition to changing the default location from /home/.virc to /home/.vim/.virc and I can't figure out how to report a security vulnerability because of the /home/Marco part. In leiu of that bug report, i just made /home/Marco a link to /dev/null
