For supposedly intelligent people from Five Eyes countries you seem to have a hard time coming to terms with the fact that not everyone disagreeing with your "values" is a Russian, a troll, someone carrying water for them, or a combination thereof.
Sorry to break it to you, but the rest of the world hates you at least as much as you hate Russia and China, and you will only be hearing more of that hate going forward. That is, unless your corporate overlords shield you from it by suppressing dissenting opinions.
We hate you because you are democrats in name only -- you do not hesitate to use deception, censorship, strongarming, and military force to get what you want, and in that regard you are no better than Russia, China, and North Korea.
Yes, your citizens are treated better, but your foreign policy is authoritarian unless the other side has nukes.
