Most of the growth in IPv6 on the internet is corporate traffic where large companies have adopted it so their users get it whether they want it or not, and parts of the world where IPv4 scarcity is a real problem so they had no choice but to adopt IPv6 as their population starting coming online.
If you look at the adoption rate for the consumer population of the US and Europe you'd see very little progress being made. Where they are using it is ISPs that have deployed IPv6 including providing hardware to their customers so they are using both IPv4/IPv6 so they are accessing Google via IPv6 without even knowing it. None of them can convert to IPv6 only though because they'd lose access to many sites. Like for instance is wordle's site on IPv6? If not, even the people who are on IPv6 are using IPv4 to access it...
