You need to check your shiny new stuff.

All devices I have here (an ancient iPad, an elderly Android phone, half a dozen PCs, and a Mac) have IPv6 addresses, and - as far as I can tell - use them when connecting to servers that support IPv6.

A very quick test suggests around 50%-60% of websites I regularly use support IPv6 - including, of course, my own company's site.
