I see a big problem with IPv4 and Nat is that it breaks push. You can push over nat just pull.

That means essentially either each app does polling (battery intensive) or you use Apple/Google proprietary services.

Apple/Google are very happy about that I'm sure but it's not in Internet citizens interest.

IMHO Ipv4+nat works for Google/Apple but it doesn't work for you.
