Slightly, both destination and source address are too short to hold that value. 4 x 8 bit bytes. 256 needs 9 bits to represent.
But, according to Wikipedia's description of a IPv4 packet, there is 40 byte option field. If this isn't exhausted, then that could be perhaps used. But again, you'd need a way to deal with IPv4 only devices that only look at source and destination address.
