I have never been keen on working in bonus schemes where often the bonus is the only thing that makes the wage worthwhile.
A decent rate and no stupid limits on pay when overtime is necessary is all I used to ask.
HCL is being underhand and petty, if they had a good working environment with adequate rewards, attrition would not be a problem.
