You believe a unified software development method can be achieved?
Ever met any programmers?
Think you could convince them all to agree on a single language and toolchain? It would be the worst language ever if it did everything every other language ever did, and would require every software library ever written to completely support it. And the IDE would need every function every other IDE ever had too.
Otherwise you'd have to throw away all existing code and dev tools and start from scratch again with your great new thing and that ain't happening.
And throwing a few buzzwords like AI and HPC into the argument doesn't make the silly idea any more viable.
