Take any smart application interacting with customers, if any problem that needs info out of its structured system, it will fail. It shows how limited machine learning is and how much we still need live people to answer questions.

What saves many corporations money is making customers scream, waste their time while taxing their limited sanity left over from frustrating work environment.
