Evidently the IA people likes a world dominated by the Google-Facebook conglomerate in the West fighting against the Baidu-Yandex one in the East...
Regulations are not bad per se. And lack of regulation is not good per se. There's a reason why even football has rules, otherwise every match would become just a brawl after two minutes. or less.
The problem here is that companies led by bad people taking fully self-advantage from lack of regulations usually pave the way for bad politicians to introduce bad rules to take full self-advantage from them.
