Am I the only who tends to think when they see numbers like this that someone has just found some random numbers and multiplied them and come up with a number they like and published it.
They don't know whether any of the numbers are relevant, they have no idea whether multiplying those numbers is the right function, but hey it comes up with a number they like so job done.
