No it looks for an AI model to *approximate* that image set. So yeh, naked kids in bath are likely a high false positive.
I don't know how it works from there, you get flagged as a pedo or something? An officer visits and demands access to your phone on the basis that your a pedo and he has probable cause provided by Apple. They'll presumably pour over any images and text and emails and browser history and porn surfing and so on to asses how much of a pedo you are? Or perhaps you're some other criminal?
I don't know if Apple will automatically pull your data from your phone for them, so this search might happen remotely without your knowledge. If you don't see it, it doesn't count right?
But that's OK, they're protecting your kids from you, and you did mention how you like to take naked photos of your kids in the bath, under the non-de-plume 'Gandalf', which I have to say is awfully suspicion!
