Northern trains, over a few trips done, simply bought tickets from ticket offices
Many many years for me. WCML 87 and Mark 3s, then push pull 47 to Edinburgh, and a Deltic to London. HST home.
Other trips were railtours over the S&C.
I see they did have those 4w railbuses.
| think I prefer the 60s 70s 80s trains.
