A surprisingly large percentage of the work is done by a surprisingly small number of the workers. Corollary: A surprisingly large number of the workers are spending a surprisingly large percentage of their time producing heat instead of light. The only ones actually surprised by this are management types.

Did anybody point out to the map company that they were relying on the TZ database way more than the TZ database was relying on their maps?
