Nope, too easy.
Why would China seek to interrupt something that will happen anyhow by something this blatant? Doing so would only harden attitudes towards China and influence decisionmaking negatively towards China.
There are other parties in the world with this capability who have no problem at all messing with a whole country if it benefits them, and they're in competition with China. They could have done this too
I won't believe anything until the facts emerge. Having an opinion in advance of the facts tends to make you blind to alternatives.
