About time too
It is time to get out of IT.
Let the younger guys run the show while the older guys ride off into the sunset, off to do sheep/alpaca/goat/chicken/ostrich farming.
After all, there is less stress that way, no Bossly Units who tend to scream at you and no pesky Exchange servers to keep on patching.
