Stick a Trump in the UK, and UK is already set up and ready to go. Well done GCHQ, you should be proud of your work undermining individual UK rights! Snoopers Charter not passed into law... well just do it anyway then present it fait-accompli! I'm sure the NSA were just as proud of their work, as Trump slapped Michael Ellis into office.
