Does not freedom of the press extend to web sites that are press? Facebook twitter and Google are not the press so why should they be granted freedoms that in other media are only granted to the press?
It seems to me that Section 230 grants more freedoms than Freedom of the Press, the press are not immune to libel and slander laws.
