My biggest fear for North America is that some overzealous group, whether well-intentioned or no, is going to succeed in shoving their particular brand of morality down the legal systems' and the publics' throat.
I'm not interested in giving chip-on-the-shoulder public "movements" the ability to try to sue their pet peeves into oblivion because the protections have been gutted. You think these various "Mothers Against ..." groups are a hassle now? Wait until they can try to Shut You Down because they Want To.
