Other hosted services. Such as Exchange Online. Makes life simpler for smaller businesses that can't afford dedicated teams to feed and water on premise resources.While cloud is certainly a boon for this situation, my take on being in that situation is that if you need computing services to run your business but can't afford those services (thus having to use cloud), then you aren't really a viable business anyway.
It's like saying a bus service can buy buses, but can't afford the maintenance services needed to keep them running. That's just not a viable business.
