No, the Chinese are not that stupid. They understand about international supply chains, which the tRump regime doesn't.
Hopefully the Biden Administration will be more sensible about this. There was never any need to turn the trade dispute with China into a trade war, where everybody is the loser. A lot of these unfair restrictions, based on lies about security, should be removed ASAP after Wednesday this week.
