During the Nineties, I was a single point of failure, and I'd done it on purpose. They fire me, they'd lose the ability to use the database. When I retired, they hired a teenager. I'm not sure if they were sorry or not -- who knows the mind of a director -- but the web access became a lot more whitebread and hard to use.
