The name changes, the organisation doesn't and keeps recruiting the same sort of staff. Back in the '60s they tried that one on me - I supposedly wasn't available for work because on the day I was supposed to sign on I was at the other end of the country at a job interview. The erk behind the counter backed down on being challenged to explain how being interviewed for a job constituted "not being available for work".
