Memo to the Army's Lieutenant General Tyrone Urch
Determined to see off criticism, the infamous outsourcer wheeled out the Army's Lieutenant General Tyrone Urch, who claimed: "Thanks to the British Army's strong partnership with Capita, applications to join the Army hit a five-year high this year."
Of course such has nothing at all to do with the closing down of the private sector which doesn't pay anybody anything like as well as the public sector does with payments it conjures up and plucks out of the future/draws on to fcuk up the future ....... indeed, the private sector doesn't then pay anybody anything.
