Re: PDF

You know this is virtually all fantasy and nonsense, right? That every judge so far has thrown this all out, and that there is no hard evidence of actual fraud, and that this is just time wasting?

Out of interest, which judges have thrown this out? There's a lot of litigation underway from both sides, and the affadavits are probably political theatre with a wad of paper to wave.. But there have been some judicial rulings already, eg-

https://www.law360.com/articles/1328275/pa-judge-rejects-ballots-cured-after-original-deadline

Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt granted the petition by President Donald Trump's reelection campaign challenging Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar's Nov. 1 guidance telling counties that voters could take until Nov. 12 to submit proof of identity if their mail-in ballots were questioned.

The judge said Boockvar lacked statutory authority to change the original Nov. 9 deadline in Pennsylvania's election code.

And although Boockvar previously ran for Congress on a Democrat ticket before being appointed Secretary by Governor Tom Wolf (D), she's in the news again today-

Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar decided not to order a recount, an update today said, "as no statewide candidate was defeated by one-half of one percent or less of the votes cast".

So Biden's currently ahead by .9% based on the BBC's figures, so a successful challenge on the wider late voting might invalidate enough votes to trigger an automatic recount. Or PA's supreme court might order a recount.
