Quite possibly. There was a report the other day that the DOJ, DOH and FBI were drawing up contingency plans to deal with the potential for violence by militias et al should Trump refuse to leave the White House. It says something that even the DOJ, so heavily under Trump's crony's control, feel they're now obliged to plan for the worst.
