Yes, you're right, they are comparing the current top end Intel i9 10900K, against the 2nd to top Zen 3 part, so that is rather unfair.

They really should be comparing against like for like, i.e. top of range Intel vs top of range AMD, so they should have used the Core i9-10900K vs the Ryzen 5950X instead of the slower 5900X.

A bit less /s I would be curious about a Core i7-10700K vs the Ryzen 7 5800X though, as these are both 8 core 16 thread parts.
