You are replying to a question which asked "Okay, can you explain how Google, Facebook and Amazon can track via a MAC address?"
That doesn't answer that question. Presuming it is most likely the OP what discussing websites tracking your MAC via the Intertubes then the point of the question was to determine whether they thought Layer Two tracking was available via the Internet? It obviously isn't so MAC randomising doesn't help or affect web server tracking, which almost always use IP addresses, cookies and logins.
