Interesting.
I came up with an idea for a graphene based quantum device, the problem is that its at least 10 years away.
Alas to make it work would need femtoscale engineering, in the form of making specific isotopes of carbon and then turning that into methane, depositing the graphene on a substrate and then using lasers to "fuse" individual atoms of lead into specified locations.
