No, he's condemning people who are trying to change things because he won't. They're not thugs and terrorists, unlike the people in white pointy hats he loves so much. You get gun-nut loons who wave guns at people just because they're anti-racist, and he thinks they're worthy of praise. He is a thug and a criminal himself.
