My lad completed a food hygiene qualification and worked in McD for a while. He reports the food hygiene standards as very good. He also worked in another fast food franchise outlet where allergen control was zero (and that was after the Pret a Manger related fatality).
He asked the boss, owner of numerous franchises why he didn't have any McD, the boss, a Muslim gave him a strange look and the boy worked out the reason...
