try migrating a an existing network to IPv6 then, even more problematic.

How are large flat networks advantageous? We've spent decades moving away from flat and into hierarchical for many many reasons and you want to go back to flat networks and the massive security fail they are. imagine a company with a giant flat network and 1 machine gets compromised? through some vlans in and some acl's and youve made the infiltrators tasks much harder.
