To the three down-mods on my comment...
Trump today is sending ventilators needed for the US to Russia, right in the middle of a pandemic, when at the same time denying ventilators to US States. That is fact. Worse it was literally agreed mid-April even before Jared denied the states the ventilators as they had to split ventilators, they'd already agreed to send them to Russia.

There has been a quid-pro-quo though. Russia is sending back new products based on their asbestos industry back to the USA. Who the f**k wants asbestos back? The only place its made now is Russia, but sure enough EPA approves asbestos use again!
